Focus & Scope

The International Journal of Management Perspectives (IJMP) is a continuous publication (CP) academic journal of REGENT Business School, South Africa. This journal aims to provide and produce rich insight discovered by researchers, REGENT Business School Research Alumina and practitioners in the field of business studies, entrepreneurship and business innovation. Manuscripts submitted for publication in IJMP should focus on management perspectives to promote research and discussion on issues relating to management and business in the context of regional and global developments. More specifically, it should focus on issues related to political, social and economic development. The journal encourages critical thinking and discussion.

The views and interpretations expressed in this journal are those of the authors and do not necessarily represent the views of REGENT Business School, neither it’s Executive Management, nor of the Editors. Accuracy of facts and all opinions expressed are the responsibility of the authors and not the IJMP. The mission of IJMP is to produce evidence-based research output through peer evaluation of the research, to enhance and ensure the produce of quality research contributions. This Journal does not only look out for the concerns of the REGENT Business School Research Alumina and practitioners, but it aims to contribute to the scientific and theoretical business practices in the future.

Publication frequency

The International Journal of Management Perspectives (IJMP) is a continuous publication (CP) academic journal of REGENT Business School. It is distributed for free to students and alumni and members of the REGENT Business School. The editor-in-chief is Dr Ronel Blom. Publication of articles happens when the articles are ready and will be published online. Subsequently, will be printed out once peer review assessment is completed.
