Mindfulness is the practice of directing our conscious attention towards our experiences. In this webinar we will cover the basics of mindfulness, talk about its’ importance for our mental health, and introduce a few practical mindfulness exercises. It is the ability to be fully present, and aware of where we are and what we are doing, and not overly reactive or become overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

When we are mindful, we reduce stress, enhance performance, gain insight and awareness through observing our own mind, and increase our attention to others well being.
